An ongoing conspiratorial enterprise engaged in illicit activities as a means of generating income for profit. Structured like a business into a pyramid-shaped hierarchy, it freely employs threats of grievous retribution (including destruction of the family and the institution of marriage) to maintain internal and external control, and thuggery and contribution to election campaigns to buy political patronage for immunity from exposure and prosecution. Its activities include fraud, legalized kidnapping for ransom, racketeering, seizing of assets, etc. Called by names such as Therapists, Social Workers, Court Appointed Attorneys, Guardian Ad Litem, Family Court Judges, CPS; these people do not tolerate competition (especially from parents) and constantly fight for monopolization in their specialty (such as the abduction of children, parental alienation, separation anxiety, adjustment disorder), especially against
FATHERS. They are distinguished from the common (unorganized) crimes by characteristics such as (1) non-random nature of criminal behavior, (2) coordinated activities of hundreds or thousands of operatives, (3) diversification of activity (Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Abuse, Neglect, Dependency), (4) regional, national scale of operations, (5) large volume of turnover (running into billions of dollars in some cases), (6) pursuit of both profit and power, and (7) usually an identifiable leadership.
A 1975 UN definition of organized crime reads, “… large-scale and complex criminal activity carried on by groups of persons, however loosely or tightly organized, for the enrichment of those participating and at the expense of the community and its members. It is frequently accomplished through ruthless disregard of any law, including offences against the person, and frequently in connection with political corruption.”
Paul Nesbitt (head of Interpol’s Organized Crime Group) defined it in 1993 as, “Any group having a corporate structure whose primary objective is to obtain money through illegal activities, often surviving on fear and corruption.”

Exactly!!! Men need to pick up their testicles after the breakup, and use this experience to make things better. Far too often men are so grateful to see their children (after having been unjustly denied that right for many months to several years), that they forget the long injustice they have just been exposed to called Family Court and they become apathetic to what just happened. Until the men who are being victimized “Man Up!” and fight back in the courts and legislatures, we will all continue being the doormats for this corrupt system and those who profit from it. Often we must make sacrifices for the good of the cause and to show them that we will not tolerate this tyranny. I refuse to see MY CHILDREN under supervised visitation, so I don’t see them at all. This has been going on for 8 years now because I refuse to visit MY CHILDREN with a damn babysitter in the room who’s going to sit there and tell me how much candy I can allow MY CHILDREN to eat, after their mother gave them each a big bag of candy to bring into the room with them. And to top it off I have to fork over $30 to Catholic Charities (lol, charity, what a joke) for each hour I spend with MY CHILDREN to pay for my babysitter (leach). This is bullshit and I refuse to jump through hoops for them like I’m some trained circus animal, now does that make me a bad dad? I don’t think so because if I give in, not only am I setting a precedent that I can be treated as a doormat and robbed, but I’m also funding their corrupt organization and contributing to it’s growth. Just refuse to play their game!!! If enough of us do it, they will run out of money.
“Supervised Visitation” businesses are a big part of the femi-fascist criminal racketeering. Feds give States $$$$$ every year in the millions to “promote visitation” . The States give it all to ‘The Family Court Administration’ who pocket it and dole it out to these child abusing bottom feeding ‘Visitation centers’. Like a mafia job these social experts who are no doubt tampered witnesses when they send in their “reports” to the Court that ordered this “visitation” without a hearing or any legal authority to begin with. I suggest everybody filinf Federal lawsuits againt these “supervised visitation” businesses for fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress. If they recieve “Federal Funds” the “Public Official” loses their precious “Immunity from prosecution”. The Courts are using them as Suckers and the media might report what the Big Scam is if “visitation businesses” got nailed. My child is my child. NOT the States and they have NO RIGHT to deem me a “visitor” with my own child. They are Criminals.

Now Klacey J. Smith is writing our story, and the first of three books is due to be released in August/September. All the crimes against us will be revealed in these three books. I can’t write that story because, Judge Lori Christian threatened me that if I tell of the last two cases that she presided over, she would put me in prison. While I am totally behind your efforts and 100% in agreement with your assessment of the family court system, you and others must stop this gender specific separation.
Children are being stolen from mothers and fathers and unless we unite behind a non gender specific cause, they will have already won.
I cannot argue with that. You are absolutely right… Gender has nothing to do with it. Even in Domestic Violence, studies have clearly shown that violence in the home between spouses in reciprocal (50/50). Men just don’t report it (as often).

The “genderism” comes into it strongly because of the National Organization for Women. They are manhating feminists whose law firms the State exclusively draws from to assign for the State an ‘Attorney for the child’. NOW is government funded thru the Violence Against Women Act and many other loopholes of feminist manhating pork to grease the wheels of the femi-fascist “justice” in Family Court criminal racketeering. NOW and the American Bar Association conspired to make fathers 95% of the so called State non-custodial parents. Unjust Feminist hate laws almost always criminalize men in the modern “custody process”. The State has relied on their secrecy and propaganda media reports which still portray the hate group NOW as being about “justice and equality” when in fact NOW is the gun moll in an Organized Crime spree. NOW has lobbied for all the manhating laws the State profits from in many devious ways. D.A.s HAVE to start prosecuting for Perjury, conspiracy and witness tampering in our Family Courts. No doubt that both men and women are harmed by these Treasonous Criminals but dividing the sexes and destroying the Family was the orginal idea when NOW was taken over by high Government official manhaters in the 1970s. The United Nations should save the children and put all these NOW and Family Court Criminals on trial in a world Court.
All true, however the courts themselves do not discriminate and this is not about NOW it is about the courts. All the gender separation does, is to divide and weaken this cause.
In my experience and the experience of the people I work with, the courts take children and do not care from whom as long as it is a protective parent, which serves to protract the case.
All the court really care about is money. But the Feminists have lobbied for the laws to make that possible for the Judiciary with No Fault Divorce, banning ‘Parental Alienation’ raising in court, curbing ‘shared parenting’ etc. Also most of the ‘attorney for the child’ are NOW Feminists. Also NOW trains cops and judges to fly THEIR way. I would say that more than half of the “Feminists” are MALE. Feminism was GOVERNMENT CREATED to DIVIDE the population for POWER and CONTROL and PROFIT. Family Courts are Criminal Racketeering and NOW was funded $310,000,000.00 in the Obama ‘Job Stimulus in 2009 thru VAWA. The “job” was to lobby for more manhating laws and policies in government. NOW is USED by government to put a happy face on the child abuse and family abuse. Andrea Dworkin would cut your balls off if she wasn’t dead. Feminism is no friend of females or children. You are exactly correct Cassy, actually, and quite coincidently, the majority of cases I deal with here in Shasta County are children being taken from mothers.
They will take children from anyone, Male or Female, as long as it makes them some money.

I must respectfully point out that you are wrong, feminism is indeed being used to shield the corrupt courts, but is is being used in a manner that helps divide this cause by convincing some people, like yourself, that it is the main issue.
The court uses many mechanisms to steal children, genderism is not the only or even the main one and all these genderist rants serve to do is divide and weaken this cause. If you would really like to make a difference, stop battling your natural allys and beging focusing on the true enemy; the corrupt court system and its components.
Check out the number of ‘Family Offense’ cases in any Family Court and compare those numbers with the number of Custody/Visitation cases in that same Court. Then check out the gender that applies for and recieves the ‘Protection Order’ and the gender that recieves ‘Custody’ in that Court. You will see that clearly “Domestic Violence”/ “Domestic Abuse” are the Main factors which affect a custody “Decision”. I don’t see “Feminists” as women or men. I would say it’s about even genderwise. I am in Shasta county, Ca. where we have one of the most corrupt “Assigned Judges” in the country Judge “Teflon” Jack Halpin; over 15 years consecutively as an assigned judge with no oversite because he is retired.
I, personally have no case in court and never have, I am simply fighting this issue because I see it and it is wrong; therefore my perspective is completely objective.
i am responsible for how my relationship ended and comments i had made in the final days. but that is no reason to take our kids away from me and run me thru the family court system. the children are paying for adults choices and behavior. no one wins in the end. the courts get $$$ and the people get screwed. it will be a year in april since i have seen the kids. i cant believe it!!! will i ever be able to explain these last 3 1/2 yrs to them. my daughter was only three….ive missed more than half her life…..this hurts in so many ways. i hope they can forgive us.
