About My Kids Dad
My name is Ron Reale, I am the Founder and Executive Director of ExposingTheRecord.org., a non-profit in the Raleigh, NC area. We are a group of FAMILY Advocates seeking Child Welfare and Family Court reform. We are based in Wake County (Raleigh, North Carolina), but we absolutely support national reform throughout the United States of America. We are absolutely opposed to any government agency taking control of our children. We believe the United States Constitution has inherent protections against any person or agency abducting our children and we believe the United States Supreme Court has upheld such protections. We also support shared parenting whenever possible. WHENEVER POSSIBLE, not whenever convenient! Children deserve and absolutely NEED both parents!

My Testimony
I’m in Denver Colorado; been divorced since 10 Dec 2010. I petitioned for the divorce. She always told me “if you leave me i will F you up.” 29 Nov 2009 I spent the morning on craigslist searching for a room to rent. I thought being away for a bit would help some. I also spoke to my cousin. She didn’t like that I was on the phone (I was talking a bit of smack to my cousin). She came into the bedroom and took my cell phone away from me, then ran to the kitchen; and was trying to break my phone against the floor. I took my phone back (about 12 noon). Later she said “I called them and they are going to take you away.” so I got dressed and waited out by the gate for about a hour or so. I called 911 and asked what was their estimated arrival. The operator asked my name, address, etc., so it turns out I called the police, she didn’t call anybody. The police arrived about 1430 (2.5 hours later) and we both spoke of the phone and the police asked that I pack a bad and not come home for 4 days. I thought that was a good idea as I was looking for a room anyway. I left with a overnight bag and a pistol (the police asked me to remove it from the apartment). later after me and the police had left, my X called a friend to come over and talk. The friend called the police and told them I had stuck my X in the eye several times with a closed fist. They issued a warrant, but my name was misspelled (the left out the L in my last name). Later I tried to surrender myself to the police and cooperate. They could not find me as I was spelling my name correctly.
I don’t like the way court if more like “lets make a deal”. Nobody goes to trial. Everybody goes to Deferred Judgement and pays Counselors $25 a week for 9 months. Court should be about justice and not keeping counselors employed. I want to go to trial and nobody else thinks I should do this. I did not hit my X wife and I do not want to plead guilty.
I like your site. it’s hard to find help or somebody to listen, and it seems that she has help from so many different places.

I have a long story which involves about all the post created in this blog however, my story is LONG AND PAINFUL and what to share it with everyone because again this issue is far TOO IMPORTANT to allow our MASTER OR JUDGES within our FAMILY BRANCH of the JUDICIAL GOVERNMENT to continue to do.. THESE PEOPLE making the decisions must BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for their UNTHOUGHT AND UNFELT decision to allow the parent with whom is not fit( at time surrounding starting order) to have full benefits to the CHILD( visitations, etc) because our children our being exposed to WAY TO MANY adult situations which cause them to have to grow up too soon… check out or help me run my blog which i created from my situaation and the need to connect to people like myself but prior to FINDING the people ON FACEBOOK i was very alone..
