This Website exposes in detail the corruption that exists in our Family Courts (more accurately referred to as Kangaroo Courts). A Kangaroo Court or Kangaroo Trial is a colloquial term for a sham legal proceeding or court. The outcome of a trial by kangaroo court is essentially determined in advance, usually for the purpose of ensuring conviction, either by going through the motions of a manipulated procedure or by allowing no defense at all.
More specifically, the Kangaroo Courts exposed throughout this Website, obtain their authority here in North Carolina largely from chapter 7B of The North Carolina General Statutes. These statutes as a whole are questionable at best; many are absolutely unconstitutional. The reason, is MONEY! These Kangaroo Courts require this very loose form of WIDE discretion (amounting to repeated violations of the rights of both Children and Parents) even just to exist. Without these loosely defined, very liberal statutes these Kangaroo Courts would be OUT OF BUSINESS! And make no mistake about it, THIS IS VERY MUCH A BUSINESS (what actually amounts to the business of ORGANIZED CRIME)!
Also, a very integral part of this particular corruption is Child Protective Services (CPS);
and in this region of North Carolina, Wake County Human Services (“WCHS”) is the County Agency that oversees this arena. Throughout this Website you will see examples of how this agency, its agents, and other collaterals (foster care givers, Guardian ad Litem volunteers, mental health professionals, and others) HARASS, LIE, MANIPULATE, VIOLATE COURT ORDERS, COERCE, INTIMIDATE, COMMIT PERJURY, VIOLATE LAWS (Federal and State), and the list goes on! This system is BROKEN and they all know it! This corrupt system produces HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars in Federal Funding for the states annually; and infinitely more lining the pockets of the participants (judges, attorneys, social workers, mental health professionals, doctors, pharmaceutical companies, women’s shelters, foster parents, foster care facilities, only to name a few).

I would love to learn more about your organization, maybe I could help volunteer or something. Anyone who is against the courts taking children from good homes and/or putting them in abusive situations is fine by me. I have a Facebook page called Nationwide Children’s Service Resource and it is dedicated to exposing CPS for allowing children to be abused and killed right under their noses. We are fighting to get stricter rules for THEM to follow, not the parents,but the caseworkers. Too many children are dying and being abused with their knowledge. Some of our members also set up meetings with representatives and city council members to bring these cases to their attention

Iam david toler I was found not guilty of assault with a deadly weapon in district court. I appealed to superior court because of faults charges made by a convected felon adam montiel . They put the assault with deadly weapon back in. and I told the judge Paul Jones weeks be for the trial that I was found not guilty of …that. and I have what I said to the judge on tape. When we had the trial they…… misled and …lied to the jury the jury was told I assaulted with deadly weapon that’s a lie . You cant get a fair trial if the jury cant get the hole truth. i should get new trial a fair trial if the court was fair are a dismiss. There is no evidence they only have the word of a felon and thief. All his witnesses where liars family and friends that where not there as they say so them self’s. The same evidence that was used in district court was used in superior court the law said you can not do that. 2 weeks after this trial adam montiel tried the same thing he filed false charges got a witness to lie on statement I played taped evidence the district court judge. and he dismiss it. that is evidence that mr montiel is a liar And his witnesses also. He is using the court like a weapon. they told me before court before the trial that if I did not sale my land and home to adam montiel for 5000 dollars they would put me in jail.i told them to kiss my ass My lawyer said the judge and DA told her to till me this. every day tell the trial. she told me this I have it all on tape my land and home tax price is 26000 dollars that is extortion. I am ashamed how this court is run. The only thing I can do to help my self is sue. with this letter I send court transcript please look at and read it you can see I had no legal help. They also told me after trail I could not appeal. they violated all my rights’ 2 times they violated my constitution. And one extortion and one wrongful confection. and I taped all of this I have what they did not. evidence. thank you and i won the assault with deadly weapon and thy thank aim going to pay for that after i won what jerks. going to sue the court and the lieing montiels. i have tapes as proof. i am disabled

– DA paul cleavenger and the lawyer thy made me have SARAH BRINSON diener law. denied me the right to call witness and denied me the right to show video proof sarah my so called lawyer said we did not have time to look at my evidence. no time for the truth is what it came to. I was told it only be adam montiel and his wife but the day we came to court for trial 3 of his friends that saw nothing and was not there and do not stay any were around there was there as witnesses. lie is all thy did to me the da and my so called lawyer. THE DA ADDED BACK IN THE CHARGE ASSAULT WITH DEADLY WEAPON A CHARGE I WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF AND I TOLD THE DA MY LAWYER AND THE JUDGE. THAT I WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF THAT THY LIED TO AND LET THE JURY THANK THAT WAS A REAL CHARGE THY LIED ALL OF THEM LIE. my lawyer was not working for me at all so I tape what she was saying proof. when I appealed I beat that false charge. thy say I am guilty of going armed to to terror of the public. thy have no proof at all.if I said I like to call witnesses sarah my so called lawyer said she would quit and not stay on the case if I said I like to show video proof from security cams she said she would quit my case you can ear on the tapes she quit and I let her the judge would not let her quit so I had no help at all DA GOT IT JUST LIKE HE PLANED BEFORE THE TRIAL SARAH SAID IN THE TAPE BE FOR THE TRAIL THE JUDGE AND DA ARE GOING TO PUT YOU IN JAIL HOW DID THY KNOW THIS BEFORE THE TRAIL IT WAS PLANED IT WAS REGED JUST LIKE THY WANTED THE TAPES PROVE IT ALL.
This story is told by hundreds, if not thousands, of people every year. At some point the ‘general population’ needs to “listen” to see if these stories merit investigation.
As someone who knows firsthand the workings of the good-ole-boy club of attorneys (who are also judges) I can attest that the degree of judicial/attorney misconduct is pervasive.
