Defendant Rick Croutharmel, Private Attorney being hereby named personally, is an individual and a resident of this jurisdictional district, is a court appointed attorney for Plaintiff Debra Reale and was appointed by the Wake County District Court Judge in case number 10JA xxx-xxx and 10CVD7386 in Wake County, North Carolina and was at all times material, pertinent and relevant hereto. Current mailing address is; 303-200 Blake Street, Suite 211, Raleigh, NC 27601. The Defendant was in fact, acting under the authority or color of state law at the time these claims occurred in that as a court appointed attorney (public defender) he did act personally and individually under the authority or color of state law when he acted in concert with local officials, including but not limited to, WCHS social workers, their supervisors, county attorneys and others, causing harm to the Plaintiffs in effecting the deprivation of rights, Dennis v. Sparks (1980). Attorney immunity for intentional harm to one’s client (Debra Reale) was never so protected at common law, Tower v. Glover (1984).
My Testimony
Judge Lori Christian, in support of her fellow colleagues, brought my then 15 year old home from whence he should never have been taken from me, and was done so under the most heinous, despicable, felony crimes you could never imagine by the powers that were supposed to protect us, and then, after being aware of my ex lying in court to her, his positive drug test, and my refusal to cooperate with Child Protective Services to put my child in a state mental health facility, to raise funds for Wake County and the state when there was nothing wrong with my son, as evidenced by Dr. Gualitiri, the best neuropsychiatrist in the state, she forced my son to return to his drug addicted, abusive, alcoholic, and perjurous ex husband. Now Klacey J. Smith is writing our story, and the first of three books is due to be released in August/September. All the crimes against us will be revealed in these three books. I can’t write that story because, Judge Lori Christian threatened me that if I tell of the last two cases that she presided over, she would put me in prison.
