Denied Due Process, Color of Law violated,slander/defamation of character, all my civil and constitional rights violated, judge and lawyers have violated legal ethics and allowed perjury of facts to falsely melicious prosecution against me, illegally terminate all my rights, and violate me and my children.My son is now being brought up by a drug addict/alcoholic/child abuser and the court and CPS reports of evidence and documentation regarding Craig Berkhan’s positive drug testings and founded abuse against my son was all ignored while the court falsely slandered me on no basis and ignored my medical clean evals and all truth on my side.
