   The judge Kris Bailey handle a child support case on 09/07/11. 6397394. The non custodial parent was in the arrears $6,408.43. The child support agency and the case worker held monies which was being withdrawn in a holding account. Due to a judge Anna Worley on April 2011, removing my children without a substantiated neglect, are abuse. I just happen to have been pro-se in the court room without an attorney on that day. The defendant’s attorney Corrie Seagoves and myself. During the temporary hearing I was pro-se and retained custody here in Wake County. Children have been here all there life. The defendant was the moving party to Mecklenburg county July 2010. He had a total of 4 jobs, went in front of Judge Ruth Kristen and he was order to not come back without complying with the order. Somehow, the Caseworker’s contacted me and for the 1st time the child support case was put in front of Kris Bailey.

   This judge only wanted to rule that the holding monies go to the defendent whom owed arrears and had only had the minor children since 08/03/11. The defendant whom judge Ann Worley signed order June 28, 2000 had not been working and was unemployed when he went in to child support. So, what I believe happened to my children has been a grave injustice due to the powers of the judges and lawyers.

   I have a grievance out with the 1st attorney Laura C. Brennan modifications needed to be done and was not done by her when hired to represent me. As a result of me removing her due to her professional ethics. I entered into the court room Pro se with a judge in Family Court Ann Worley at 5PM til 7pm and she had the attorney Corrie Seagroves who represented the defendant draft up a permanent order to remove my 2 minor children out of their state of residency.

   I have another attorney whom had did an exparte in July 2011, for the minor children it was denied by judge Sasser. On October 3, 2011 was in court on Motion to Amend Rule 52, 58, 59 and 60 and they were denied with my new attorney. I’m a sworn in Guardian Ad Litem and have represented cases as a volunteer. However, the judical system is broken and the best interest of the children is not being regarded. The voices of our children must be heard. I have a junior in high school whom is 16 years old and Judge Ann Worley conveyed she did not want to hear from the minor child. Whom is at the peak of is high school career, removed from his friends and social group and the statement she was gonna try something.

   What is the judical system doing to our children, as parents regardless of the differences of opinions as parents. Today, we need to look at how our children are being taken advantage of at greed of law makers, attorneys and individuals making decisions. I would like to see the bar raised on ” Voice of Our Children in the state of North Carolina”.

   Truth, Justice and Equality shall rise again in North Carolina…………This is a Referendum on the Judiciary…. This is an indictment of the entire “Family Court Industry”…..NC Courts are FAIL…..The lost Integrity of the Judicial Branch of government is on the “Family Court Industry’s” and the NC Judiciary hands……Family Law Reform Now…….. NC General Assembly, how many more Nancy Coopers, Zahra Bakers and Mary Ann Holders? Family Law Reform Now.

   I can’t believe this story but I know that it is true. I am surprised that this Judge did this. He must be having the same kind of problems to do this to these children like this and not consider how much hardship and hurt it would cost these children. They have a good God fearing mother and they want to be reunited with theie mother. Their life is in torment. If anyone can help her, please do so. I just can’t believe that children can be taken from there mother just because a nonworking man can get someone to help him get a good lawyer and the mother is working and taking care of the children. The child support agreement if just unbelievable. Why not make him pay his child support. His not paying child support is enough to tell you how much a good father he is to his children. I worked as a Child Support Agent and Supervisor for 30 years and this just beat it all. This women went without Child Support while some one was sitting back on their butts and not doing their job while he was manipilating the court system. This is not right and someone is going to pay and hopefully these children will not have to pay much longer than they already have. I just can’t believe the injustice being done to these children and their mother by all the parties envolved. Things do have a way of coming back to bite.

   Forgot to ask. Why wasn’t the 16 year old able to be addressed by the court? Just another reason for our troubled teen popolation. He was old enough to have a voice, so why wasn’t he heard? He can go to jail for something wrong, why couldn’t he freely speak truth?

   The WAKE COUNTY COURTHOUSE is NOTHING more than a subtle, slave auctioning, debt collection SUB-CORPORATION, with EXTREMELY limited jurisdiction due to the de facto nature in which they operate in. If you are NOT “employed” as a public trustee or government ROBOT than it is likely that you are NOT lawfully subject to their commercial, servitude statutes. Most people do NOT realize that these FAKE, PIECE OF SHIT, VAMPIRES “judges” misperceive themselves as “gangsters” & or superiors, even though they are NEITHER, it is the reason why they respond in such an atrocious, UNLAWFUL manner (& they naively think that they can fully escape reciprocity)…. Those COWARDS break the law more than the alleged defendants , & they have the insane audacity to impose contempt fines & imprisonment… They do NOT care about the existence of truth, they are concerned with who can defend & illuminate the FACTS in an effective manner.
