Dear Judge Rader:
I am very troubled. Getting straight to the point, I am shocked by the persistence of Judge Monica Bousman as she refuses to act properly, objectively, and impartially while holding the lives our 7 children in her hands. Such Power! Without getting into the details of our case too much, I simply want to appeal to you that you would reassign our case to a new judge. Our family’s rights MUST be acknowledged and honored as provided for by the United States Constitution.
I have filed a Motion to Recuse and Request for Reassignment (attached) in the above referenced case, and I am requesting a hearing on the matter. My motion requests that Judge Monica Bousman recuse herself sua sponte, or that she be recused by court order for cause and the case be reassigned. I have served all parties, and copied Judge Bousman’s clerk with a request to calendar. I intend to file multiple subpoenas in support of my motion. Of course, if Judge Bousman recuses herself sua sponte, then I would waive my right to a hearing and will simply proceed with whomever you assign to the case.
I absolutely understand (after almost two years of being entrenched in this court system) that this system is Over-Loaded, Over-Worked, and as a result, clearly jaded at times. It is quite clear to me that this current system is BROKEN. For example, False Allegations are at their highest level ever. I am one of those victims. Just ask my wife. Just ask my kids. They are the real victims. I therefore believe that change is needed. I know it is needed. Reform is needed. These walls of secrecy must come down. I WILL be on the ballot in 2014 to begin that process and to do my part. I am no politician, but I assure you that I possess the honor and integrity that is so conspicuously missing in that arena. In fact I have already begun my campaign in some ways through my website exposingtherecord.org, my radio show recently launched to address these issues even more locally and by being more focused, and by various other media Facebook, Twitter, and You Tube. I will not be deterred in efforts to free my children and to prevent this from infecting other innocent children and families!
ExposingTheRecord.org has a Mission: We are a group of FAMILY advocates for Child Welfare Reform in Wake County and we also support national reform. We are absolutely opposed to any government agency taking control of our children. We believe the United States Constitution has inherent protections against any person or agency abducting our children and we believe the United States Supreme Court has upheld such protections.
I am a child of God, I am a United States Marine; I am a United States Citizen, a father of 8 children, a husband to my wife Debra. I cannot stand by and “go with the flow” or simply “do as I am told” just to satisfy a system that runs people through like herds of cattle for CASH incentives from the Federal Government. This is a system that breeds such egregious unlawful, unethical, acts; often amounting to its own infliction of neglect and abuse, against innocent children and their parents, families (in their very name). I simply will not, I cannot, stand by while my children continue to suffer, while others are suffering. I will be a voice determined to be heard; to be heard loud and clear. I will stand for REAL CHANGE. Change that involves protecting the rights of children and families; not just those who are experiencing or find themselves in a similar situation as my family, but for those that truly need protecting (real victims of domestic violence), and MOST OF ALL for the prevention of these circumstances from occurring in the lives of any other.
I have joined forces with various like-minded advocates who too recognize the need for change; who recognize the need for an end to this type of corruption. I have joined forces with, will continue to support, and will endeavor to expand my support for, these various advocacy groups; who support children and families, support a parent’s right to raise their children without government interference, set out to reduce domestic violence, set out to reduce false allegations, and who support children being raised by both parents, just to name a few. I am not some fly-by-night, seat-of-the-pants, individual with some short-lived, persian-bazaar approach to change. I will not simply disappear into the wind one day or eventually fall of the proverbial cliff. I am in this for the long haul. It’s simple; I tell you these things because I want my kids back!
I mean it when I say that I continue to “PRAY” as a Christian, that there is someone in this system that can see the light of day and is not so encompassed by darkness; someone who understands how to unravel such a mess. Maybe that is you sir? There is light at the end of the tunnel for my children, my wife, and our family. I believe this statement with all my heart, and by the power of a Holy God I will see it through! He will see me through it! My children are suffering and will continue to suffer until someone takes charge of this disaster.
Please understand that I realize our principles are likely not even in the same universe; I am a libertarian who believes in much less government, and a Tea Party member who knows that our government should be focusing on downsizing and restoring Freedom and Liberty to the people. I will not see the United States Constitution repeatedly cast aside by the abuse of power administered by these Kangaroo Court Judges. I fought to defend our Constitution with passion and vigor as a decorated United States Marine. I have been around the world three times whiles visiting over 30 destinations. I know this to be the best and most well establish free nation on earth. I will admit that I am no friend to this process. In fact, I am indignant with its entirety. I am no attorney, nor do I understand the law anywhere close to the judges and attorneys in this case; but I am passionate about defending the rights of our children, our family! This is about children, our children, and our family! It’s that simple. I implore you; Give us back our kids.

Judge Rader has other things on his mind. Have you ever heard lawyers are snakes, thiefs, heartless? Rader was an attorney before being a Judge. He thinks WOMEN and PUBLIC are STUPID and HE is GOD, but you can tell he never ask the GOOD LORD for WISDOM! Rader, every human walking, even Judge Martin has skeletons in their closet, they always leak out!`
I want to say when I was in an abuse situation Assistant DA Kristen Fetter was my assigned attorney. I have grand mal seizuires and my boyfriend would rape me and do horrible things to me when I got sick. Ms. Fetter was screaming with laughter when I told her this. I then told her I did not want her as a lawyer anymore. She took me in a small conference room with a large woman deputy, Ms. Fetter pushed me up on the wall, was in my face threatening me, and tried to slap me on the left side of my face four to five times! She had me thrown out of the courthouse for no reason! I went to talk to Mr. Willoughby, who begged me three times not to go to the Bar. I went anyway, and it was dropped within three days! I found out Mr. Willoughby is on the Grievance at the Bar, that is why Ms Fetter can put her hands on people and threaten them! I called 50 federal judges and 100 senators, congressmen. I did not have an attorney, but my case against Ms.Fetter and Mr. Willoughby was raised to Supreme Court of U.S! Fetter tries to SLAP PUBLIC! BEWARE! MR. WILLOUGHBY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BUT SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG! I KEEP PRAYINGING TO THE GOOD LORD TO DO SOMETHING! MY NAME IS KIM SHREVE 919-601-9421. I can use an attorney because I have been told I can burn their butt. This is not about money, its about RESPECT AND TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE! Plus there is a camera in that conference room. The Good Lord protects me. That is why I am not afraid to speak out. Colon says he is a “ELDER” preacher of God, I deserve something from this! LORD GIVES ME STRENGTH!
I reported Wake Court District Judge Jacqueline Brewer’s felonies to Judge Rader and to the Judicial Standards Commission, Paul Ross. Rader ignored my certified letter and Ross denied there is a problem. Stephens and Willoughby ignored my motions for relief and daily emails. Brewer is convicting people of misdemeanor DWIs in Wake District Court without probable cause hearings and Rader and Ross chose to ignore it. Judge Kristen Ruth has been illegally issuing orders electronically monitoring NC non-custodial fathers, (violation of search and seizure, and this is also covered up by Judge Stephens, Rader, Ross, et al. see http://carolinacrimereport.com. Perdue, Cooper and Marshall all covered up the wake court and nc court system crime. Perdue and Cooper have unexplained missing funds of over $1 million from their campaign fund accounts.
